Spring Houses

Unfortunately, over the years many spring houses have deteriorated or been demolished. Spring houses were a vital part of each home at one time, used to store perishables by keeping them cold, as well as providing a protected source of clean drinking water. Most have their own unique architecture that really adds to the aesthetic and monetary value of the property. Here are a couple of spring house examples from those we have restored and reproduced over the years.
